We're seeking a seasoned and strategicHead of Partnershipsto lead our agency and brand collaboration strategy. This senior leader will be responsible for architecting and scaling high-impact relationships—particularly with top-tier agencies—and owning flagship initiatives like our Olympic partnerships. You'll serve as a key external face of the brand while driving culturally relevant, business-driving collaborations that unlock massive scale.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead our overarching partnership strategy, with a focus on high-value agency relationships, cultural tentpoles (including the Olympics), and breakthrough co-marketing initiatives.

  • Build, negotiate, and manage relationships with top creative, media, experiential, and talent agencies to unlock growth and brand visibility.

  • Identify and structure long-term partnerships that span integrated marketing, experiential activations, content, and talent-led moments.Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, product, comms, content, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and integration of partnership efforts.

  • Own and operationalize the end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and deal structuring to execution, amplification, and measurement.

  • Serve as the strategic lead on key moments—Olympics, back-to-school, tentpole product launches—and ensure our partnerships ladder up to brand and business objectives.

  • Monitor industry and cultural trends to identify white-space opportunities and shape proactive pitches and new collaborations.

  • Represent the company externally at major events, with partners, and in high-level negotiations.

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, brand strategy, or integrated marketing, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, or cultural brands.

  • Demonstrated success developing and scaling multi-channel campaigns and partnerships with national or global reach.

  • Deep relationships across the agency ecosystem—with creative, media, experiential, and influencer agencies.

  • Experience overseeing Olympic, global, or high-stakes cultural sponsorships and activations.

  • Executive-level presence with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • A passion for culture, youth behavior, and what moves Gen Z—paired with the rigor to track impact and ROI.

  • Visionary thinking paired with operational excellence—you can see the big picture and execute down to the detail.
