About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Operations to lead and scale the systems that power Evvy's user experience. You'll oversee operations, supply chain, fulfillment, and customer experience, while building infrastructure to enable responsible, sustainable growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who is strategic and hands-on, able to set vision and execute. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to ensure Operations enables growth and innovation.

What You'll Do

Operations Strategy
  • Ensure reliable, high-quality service across all user touchpoints
  • Define and track KPIs across COGS, turnaround times, stability, scalability, quality, and NPS
  • Build dashboards and financial reports to reveal margin drivers and guide optimization
  • Lead, coach, and scale an Ops team; forecast capacity and allocate resources
  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Clinical to test and launch new initiatives
  • Manage strategic vendor partnerships with quarterly business reviews and durable win-win structures
  • Translate financial goals into executable supply chain strategies with vendors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, CLIA, FDA) with external partners and Evvy teams
  • Build risk management processes around vendors and physical products
  • Implement scalable systems (inventory, 3PL, QC) to protect quality and speed
  • Run vendor risk management including certifications, inspections, and recalls
CX
  • Own the end-to-end CX vision and roadmap across all touchpoints, leveraging our team and AI
  • Build a data-driven Voice-of-Customer program and translate insights into CX and product improvements
  • Develop CX QA ensuring accuracy and brand voice, collaborating with Clinical and Marketing
  • Align CX with revenue and retention; set targets for NPS, repeat purchases, LTV/CAC, and subscription retention

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10 years of operations leadership in high-growth settings (health tech/clinical ops preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and scale supply chain and CX organizations in fast-paced environments
  • Strong vendor relationship skills and ability to negotiate win-win solutions
  • Fluency in accounting, financial modeling, and scenario planning to assess ROI
  • Proven track record of improving unit economics (COGS, gross margin) through operational levers
  • Expertise in inventory planning, fulfillment, 3PL, and CX tech stacks
  • Systems thinker: analytical, metrics-driven, and data-fluent
  • Inspirational people leader with a passion for transforming women's health

Nice to Have

  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and CX
  • Background in diagnostics, DTC healthcare, labs, compounding, or telehealth
  • Familiarity navigating the healthcare regulatory landscape
