We're hiring an Operations Director on behalf of our client—a growing retirement planning firm based in Maryland. All candidates MUST have experience working in a financial advisory firm.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Compensation

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base + quarterly bonus + 401(k) + health stipend

Location: On-site in Annapolis, MD

Responsibilities

This role is the operational heartbeat of the firm. You'll oversee all new business applications, account transfers, and document processing to ensure every client transition is accurate, timely, and seamless.
