Summary

We are seeking an executive-level leader to direct all operational functions for a globally-recognized financial services firm. This position will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of services, including corporate real estate, facilities management, catering, physical security, procurement, and business travel. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, meticulous professional who can drive strategic excellence and deliver a superior service experience, setting a high standard for quality and execution across the company. The goal of this role is to elevate the firm's physical and logistical support systems to enhance employee productivity and foster a dynamic, high-performance workplace.

What You Will Do

  • Create and implement a forward-looking strategy for all operational services on a global scale.
  • Ensure operational rigor by establishing and enforcing strict vendor and process management protocols.
  • Empower and mentor large, cross-functional teams of employees and contractors to proactively create an environment that meets the needs of our staff.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless function, while continuously identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Demonstrate sound fiscal and administrative discipline, making prudent decisions that reflect the company's distinct values and ethos.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a similar operational capacity, with expertise in facilities, vendor relations, and space planning.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams of 120+ people, including both in-house personnel and external contractors.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and a demonstrated capacity to articulate complex topics clearly, both orally and in writing.
  • A strong record of success in operations, finance, or general management.
  • A candidate who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and takes a proactive, problem-solving approach to innovation and anticipating staff needs.

Compensation and Benefits The projected annual salary for this executive role is between $335,000 and $388,000. The total compensation package is highly competitive and includes a guaranteed first-year bonus, as well as comprehensive benefits such as health coverage, retirement plan matching
