St. Swithin's, Lincoln

We are looking for someone to play a key role in developing and implementing the longer-term strategy of St. Swithin's to enable change for effective growth and the resourcing of others. This senior role will take responsibility for the management of the operations of St. Swithin's and its developing network - providing operations support to multiple congregations on multiple sites.

We are advertising this role as Part-Time (at a salary of £35,000 FTE) but we are open to being flexible if you are the right person for the job!

St. Swithin's is a resource church in the Diocese of Lincoln planted 10 years ago in partnership with HTB. It is a city centre church with a local church plant, St. Faith's. We have also planted to St. Mark's, Grimsby.
