With hundreds of thousands of users on our iOS and Android apps and Series B backing from top-tier VCs, we're looking for a Head of Mobile Engineering to lead the next phase of the company's mobile growth. If you're excited by complex financial products, high user engagement, and building scalable mobile infrastructure-this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow our mobile engineering team (iOS + Android).

• Define and execute the mobile technology roadmap, working closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering.

• Set technical standards across architecture, testing, and performance for our mobile apps.

• Drive mobile best practices around security, compliance, and financial data integrity.

• Own release management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

• Represent mobile engineering in cross-functional leadership discussions.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ in mobile development.

• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.

• Deep expertise in Swift and/or Kotlin, with experience building consumer fintech apps or secure mobile products.

• Strong understanding of mobile app security, data privacy, and compliance best practices (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).

• A track record of shipping high-scale, high-performance apps in production environments.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter or React Native).

• Familiarity with tools like Plaid, Stripe, Firebase, Segment.

• Background in consumer banking, investing, or financial wellness.

• Experience leading remote or hybrid mobile teams.
