What You Will DoBuild and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness and lead generation.
Develop a strong content creation engine—including thought leadership, case studies, blog posts, and social media campaigns.
Launch demand generation initiatives across paid, organic, event, and outbound channels.
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to craft compelling product positioning and messaging.
Establish performance metrics and use data to optimize campaigns for ROI.
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and key customer touchpoints.
Take full ownership of the marketing funnel—from ideation through execution and optimization.
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS startups.
Proven success as the first or second marketing hire in a scaling environment.
Strong background in content creation and strategy with exceptional writing and editing skills.
Experience building marketing campaigns from the ground up, including demand generation across multiple channels.
Ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling narratives.
Comfortable in a metrics-driven role focused on generating measurable pipeline growth.
Mission-oriented, highly intelligent, low ego, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
Experience in fintech, regtech, AI, or related SaaS industries.
Background in marketing for financial infrastructure, payments, or lending technology.
Degree from a top-tier university.
Base salary: $165,000 – $225,000
