About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Marketing and Client Success to spearhead its organic marketing, client satisfaction, and internal team growth. This pivotal leadership role involves managing and scaling multiple social accounts, particularly in the context of driving organic lead generation and community engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end Facebook Group strategy, including growth, content, and performance, and will be expected to develop and execute organic growth tactics while staying abreast of platform updates and trends. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on content and copy leadership, client success and relationship management, team leadership and development, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be an organic marketing expert with a minimum of 3 years' experience, particularly in Facebook Group engagement. They should be a master copywriter and storyteller, capable of creating engaging and converting content that drives action. A client-first leader who is adept at building trust, solving problems, and delivering results that exceed expectations is essential. The role also demands a team builder and motivator who can lead a high-performing team, set clear KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement. The candidate should be an execution-oriented strategist, a strong communicator, and be fluent in English with a professional, American tone in both written and verbal communications.
