Position Summary: The Head of M&A and Corporate Development will lead the strategic development and execution of M&A activities across Equitable Holdings, with a focus on retirement, wealth management, and asset management through AllianceBernstein. This role is critical in identifying growth opportunities, assessing potential acquisitions, and integrating new businesses to enhance our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:The base salary range for this position is 250K - 350K. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for the programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
