A leading real estate private equity firm is seeking a high-caliber Investor Relations/ Product Specialist professional to join its growing team. This is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for owning and driving investor communication, reporting, fundraising support, and relationship management across a sophisticated Limited Partner base.

The successful candidate will be an experienced, proactive communicator with a strong grasp of real estate investment fundamentals and a proven ability to manage both content creation and investor expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing

• Prepare and distribute Institutional focussed quarterly, annual, and ad hoc fund and asset-level performance reports.
• Respond to LP inquiries ranging from basic document requests to detailed accounting or performance questions.
• Draft clear and compelling narratives around investment strategy, market dynamics, and portfolio results.
• Maintain investor portals and data rooms with updated, accurate information.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop marketing materials (pitch books, PPMs, teasers, presentations).
• Support new capital formation efforts by preparing responses to DDQs, RFPs, and investor diligence processes.
• Assist in organizing and participating in investor roadshows, meetings, and virtual presentations.

3. Investor Servicing & Relationship Management

• Manage the onboarding process for new LPs to ensure smooth and compliant account setup.
• Support distribution processes and communicate related information to investors.
• Tailor communications based on investor profiles and maintain a feedback loop to internal teams.
• Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with LPs through consistent, high-quality engagement.

4. Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all IR activities adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate investor and fund data in coordination with internal teams.
• Assist with planning and execution of board meetings and annual investor meetings.
• Supervise and mentor junior IR staff to elevate team output and build internal capabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance to develop talent, set priorities, and implement best practices in investor relations.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture that emphasizes accountability and professional growth.
• Play a key role in shaping the long-term structure and strategy of the IR function as the firm scales.

Candidate Profile

• Leadership:
• Experienced professional who has led or played a senior role in investor relations, fundraising, or client service within real estate private equity, asset management, or alternatives.
• Marketing Expertise:
• Demonstrated ability to independently create high-quality marketing materials (PPMs, pitch decks, teasers) for sophisticated investors, including institutions, family offices, and RIAs.
• Product Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of real estate strategies, fund structures, and performance metrics; able to clearly communicate complex investment concepts.
• Investor-Facing:
• Confident communicator with experience engaging directly with LPs and managing detailed inquiries and relationship workflows.
• Location:
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Southeast Florida. On-site presence in the Boca Raton office is required.
