About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and seasoned Head of Information Security to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and enhance our security posture. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy that protects our digital assets, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and supports our organization's growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing an enterprise-wide information security strategy
• Conducting regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
• Overseeing security operations including monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response
• Managing vendor security risk and promoting security awareness across the organization
• Staying up-to-date with emerging threats and recommending modern security tools and technologies

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred). We require a minimum of 7 years of experience in telecom, broadband, or highly regulated IT environments, with at least 5 years in a cybersecurity leadership position. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and a strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and operations is essential. Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively report on the performance of the security program to executive leadership. This role requires less than 10% travel.
