Head of HR, Global Arch Reinsurance Group - Arch Capital Group : Job Details

Strategic Advisor: Advise the executive/senior leadership teams across Arch Re. Infuse your insights and recommendations into organizational and management decisions, seamlessly aligning HR strategies and actions to drive performance and engagement. HR Planning and Strategy: Create multi-year HR plans that align to our overall company, business and HR strategies. HR Business Partnering: Support all the Arch Re employees and drive the execution of priorities, and annual HR processes including performance management, compensation, talent, and succession planning, etc. People Management: Lead a HR team. Provide inspirational leadership, hold a high bar, align goals, give feedback, coaching, and development. COE Partnerships: Create deep partnerships with the HR CO - Es in Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to maximize impact.
