Job Description :

At Eko, we're dedicated to providing healthcare professionals with industry leading digital tools to hear and understand their patients' hearts and lungs. With our platform, clinicians can detect cardiopulmonary disease with higher accuracy, diagnose with more confidence, manage treatment effectively, and ultimately give their patients the best care possible.

With over $165M in funding from partners like 3M and the Mayo Clinic, Eko has become one of the fastest growing digital health companies, doubling our customer base in the last year to over 500,000 clinicians across 4,000 U.S. hospitals. We've built a tremendously talented, diverse, and mission driven team and are proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work. Together we are committed to investing in each other and our mission to ensure all patients have access to high quality care.

The Growth Marketing Team at Eko is responsible for efficiently driving direct-to-clinician omnichannel growth through paid marketing, earned marketing, and ecommerce initiatives. The team's core functions include acquisition and engagement channels, creative development, campaign execution, and unpaid/organic marketing. In addition, Growth Marketing works very closely with Web, Product, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Insights/Analytics, and Partnerships teams to drive growth, measure success, and facilitate amazing customer experiences.

We're looking for an experienced operator to lead Growth Marketing at Eko. This is a high impact role where you will manage a team of experienced performance marketers and creatives, working closely with them to define a vision, execute a strategy informed by customer insights, and ultimately scale paid marketing initiatives to drive omnichannel customer acquisition and revenue growth for the direct-to-clincian business at Eko. You will help drive our performance culture, directly managing and recruiting A+ talent and guiding external partners in creating effective and impactful work. You will report to the General Manager of the Provider business, and hold a key role on the Provider Leadership Team at Eko.

This is a hybrid role with required onsite presence on Tue/Wed/Thu

As Head of Growth at Eko, You Will:
  • Lead and scale Eko's paid media and lifecycle marketing efforts for the Direct Devices business unit across Social, Search, Programmatic, Offline, Audio, Email/SMS, and Affiliates —managing both in-house talent and external agencies to drive efficient growth.
  • Oversee growth-focused creative development—setting the vision, process, and priorities for ad and email production based on performance insights and customer research. Includes managing the in-house creative team and external creative agencies.
  • Own the campaign calendar and channel execution for key messaging moments, limited edition colorways, price promotions, and industry events—ensuring timely, cohesive, and high-performing campaigns.
  • Drive forecasting, performance reporting, and OKR setting for the direct business, with full accountability for Bookings, ROAS, and growth contribution—ensuring the team hits targets through strategic planning and continuous optimization.
As Head of Growth at Eko, You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience leading Growth Marketing at a high-growth DTC brand.
  • Deep hands-on experience managing at least half of the following channels for direct response objectives: Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, YouTube, Linear TV, CTV, Influencer, Affiliate, Radio, Podcast, Direct Mail.
  • In-depth understanding of content asset development across a breadth of styles, medium, and sources (from still photography to moving, video, to user-generated content), with experience managing content asset execution from end-to-end—including production, project management, and budget management
  • Experience managing a team made up of both performance channel managers and creatives (designers and writers) with a track record of growing, coaching and developing talent.
  • Confidence in directing and collaborating with graphic designers, video editors & creators, and copywriters to successfully telegraph ideas, visually and verbally, and in breakthrough ways.
  • Creative thinker who is full of ideas, but follows a structured test-and-learn approach; recognizes patterns, forms hypotheses, can clearly identify next steps from test results.
  • Experience setting objectives and measurable goals, determining budgets, and delivering against bookings, revenue, and ROAS targets.
  • Experience determining the “true ROI” of marketing initiatives by leveraging a variety of different marketing measurement methodologies (i.e., last-click, pixel/tag-based, survey-based, MMM, geo/holdout tests, etc.).
  • Able to manage effectively at macro and micro levels; equally comfortable planning long term strategy with our executive team and getting hands-on with a channel manager to analyze and interpret test results or performance trends.
  • Humble and zero ego in spite of expertise—easy to work with, great cross-functional collaborator, and someone who is open to and welcomes their POV being challenged.
  • Hungry to drive results and motivated first and foremost to grow the business.
  • Enterprising “doer,” with an ownership mentality and a bias towards action. Some portion of your work will be hands-on, even as an executive in the company.
  • Top-notch analytical skills.
  • Structured thinker and communicator.
  • Sense of humor -- we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously.
