What You Will Do As Head of Growth, you'll be employee #4, joining at the perfect moment to help write this startup's growth story from the ground floor. You'll sit at the intersection of GTM engineering, RevOps, Sales, Product, and Operations, focusing on:
  • Building a robust inbound lead generation engine through strategic partnerships, data-driven experiments, and innovative initiatives
  • Designing and executing a multi-channel outbound growth strategy focused on lead generation
  • Setting up and owning CRM architecture and establishing data cleansing processes for campaigns
  • Creating automated workflows that scale revenue operations and sales
  • Partnering directly with founders to align growth initiatives with the company vision
  • Leading cross-functional efforts across operations and engineering to optimize the entire customer journey
  • Owning revenue metrics and developing a comprehensive reporting infrastructure
Ideal Candidate Background
  • 2-4 years of experience building and executing outbound growth strategies
  • Proven track record at startups or smaller fast-scaling companies
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Data-driven approach to growth with strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality tech, SaaS, or property management sectors
  • Knowledge of short-term rental or hotel operations
  • Background in revenue operations or sales operations
  • Experience working directly with founders in early-stage environments
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $140,000 - $180,000
