We're on a mission to make organizing events simpler and more productive with a beautiful and functional design. We're seeking a data-driven and hands-on Head of Growth to lead revenue generation across sales and marketing. This role owns the entire customer acquisition funnel and will shape Diobox's growth strategy in the B2B SaaS event tech space. You will also play a key role in building out the sales and marketing function by hiring, mentoring, and expanding the team as the company scales. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Team Development
- Take a deep dive into the events space (and competitor analysis) to understand how our product solves the problem of managing events.
- Develop and execute a cohesive growth strategy that aligns with our product vision and business goals.
- Build and scale the sales and marketing function, including hiring and managing team members across both areas.
Inbound Marketing
- Craft engaging email campaigns to showcase product features, milestones, and customer stories.
- Automate messaging flows for new sign-ups using tools like Intercom (experience is a strong plus).
- Build conversational onboarding experiences to increase activation and retention.
Demand Generation
- Create and distribute content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) that attracts and nurtures leads.
- Highlight success stories that demonstrate the product's value.
- Oversee production of educational and promotional videos to drive demand and increase brand awareness.
Paid Acquisition
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and display campaigns.
- Use keyword research and competitor insights to maximize ad performance.
- Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI.
Web & Brand Presense
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies on the website (including the right bot strategy) to engage 50,000+ unique monthly visitors, driving higher conversion rates and improving overall site performance.
- Implement robust tracking and analytics to monitor conversion and engagement.
- Grow, leverage and activate our 20,000+ social media following.
- Maintain and improve our profiles on software review sites and third-party listings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or sales roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
- Strong grasp of digital channels: SEO, paid media, email, and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive decisions.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
