This RoleWe're looking for a Head of Growth to lead Imprint's user acquisition efforts and chart a path of rapid revenue growth over the next several years, working closely with the CEO as well as our product and content teams.
You'll set the strategy for growth across new and existing paid channels, lead organic acquisition efforts, build out our influencer marketing operation, launch new products, and more. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and outside agencies to manage campaigns, analyze performance, and continue building up a world-class user acquisition pipeline.
This role reports to the CEO. This is a hybrid role, requiring about three days each week in our New York office.
ResponsibilitiesCompensation for this role includes a very substantial equity package. The target salary range for this position is $150,000-$250,000, plus the equity package. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
