The Role – Head of Finance (First In-House Finance Hire)

As the first finance leader in the organization, you'll report directly to the COO and take ownership of building and leading the finance function from the ground up. This is a foundational role with a true seat at the table, where you will:

• Build and own all finance functions including forecasting, reporting, and cash management
• Partner with leadership on strategic finance, board reporting, and fundraising
• Play a key role in scaling toward future growth stages, IPO, or strategic exit
