Head of Finance and Operations-Credit Fund - Phyton Talent Advisors : Job Details

Head of Finance & Operations- Credit Fund is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting and operational functions related to company private credit strategy. This role requires significant expertise in private equity fund accounting, cash management, and investor reporting, as well as strong managerial skills to lead a team effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

An experienced professional with a minimum of 12 to 15 years of private credit operational and fund accounting expertise and managerial experience to lead the integrated private credit operating platform and team supporting the Credit Investments Group

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading financial reporting processes for various investment products, including annual audits, regulatory reporting, investor reporting, and internal business planning.

- Ensuring data management and information integrity across the operational platform, including oversight of outsourced functions such as back-office fund accounting and middle office operations.

- Providing insightful analysis to support client portfolio management and investor relations, including fund returns for external parties and front-office stakeholders.

- Managing cash flow processes, accounting, and related operations for various asset-based lending facilities.

- Developing and maintaining risk management reporting, including liquidity, foreign exchange, and fund compliance.

- Coordinating operational activities related to tax treatment, capital calls, and portfolio funding requirements.
