• Define & own the mobile engineering roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
• Drive architecture, performance, and security for iOS & Android apps.
• Partner with Product & Design to deliver world-class experiences.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement.
• 10+ years in engineering, 7+ leading mobile teams.
• Proven success building & scaling mobile apps.
• Expertise in Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategy skills.

Bonus: Telecom or large-scale app experience, plus exposure to data/ML.
