Head of Engineering - Stealth Startup (Health Tech) : Job Details

We are a fast-growing startup that streamlines operations for pharmacies via algorithmic optimization and AI-enabled workflows. The company is growing rapidly, expecting significant revenue growth in 2025. The company is looking for a Head of Engineering to manage what is today a senior, 12-person engineering team, with growth plans ahead. The person in this role will guide improvements across process, team, and technology after rapid expansion in the last nine months. An ideal candidate will have managed software teams of this size and larger within more than one company. The Head of Engineering will report to the CEO (who is also the head of Product) and will work closely with all of Engineering and Product.

The team is mostly US-based, with a strong presence around NYC. Remote is possible, but hybrid work from NYC is preferred. The salary range for this role is $275k–$325k, plus 1%–2% equity.

• Manage and scale a senior engineering team (currently 12 engineers) with plans for growth.
