The Head of Engineering will oversee Asset Reliability and Maintenance, Production Engineering, Capital Investments, and Facilities, reporting to the Site Operations VP. The role's direct reports include Maintenance Manager, Lead Production Engineer, Project Engineer, Reliability Engineer, and Facilities Engineer.

Salary range: $170,000-$195,000

• Implement an asset reliability system to optimize equipment performance, enhance site resilience, and meet budget targets.
• Develop technical competence and upskill engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams.
• Establish and improve reliability performance indicators.
• Lead the Asset Reliability Pillar in Perrigo Work Systems (PWS) implementation.
• Maintain real-time communication with teams and other departments.
• Create flexibility and capability focusing on zero losses, 100% engagement, waste reduction, and process streamlining.
• Manage capital investment initiatives to meet safety, quality, service, cash flow, productivity, and growth targets.
• Build project management capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Coordinate workshops and training with OEMs, suppliers, and consultants.

• Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of Asset Reliability in manufacturing.
• Expertise in manufacturing optimization.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing optimization and reliability engineering.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, TPM, or Operations Excellence.
• 5+ years in managerial roles.
• Financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Profitability and zero-loss mindset.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
