We're hiring a visionary digital leader to drive the next evolution of our customer experience and digital acquisition strategy. This role leads a cross-functional team at the intersection of UX strategy, SEO and AI visibility, personalization, and experimentation. You'll be charged with transforming how we grow traffic, convert prospects, and deliver meaningful, user-first experiences across for our investors across digital channels. As Head of Digital Experience & Growth, you will lead strategy and delivery for discovery, engagement, and optimization. You'll partner closely with peers in Product Management, Delivery & Operations, and Audience and Data Strategy to bring your vision to life across channels, accelerating personalized, measurable growth across channels.
