Support new business development with required technical and domain expertise.

Deliver and exceed client impact on platform deployments.

Recruiting, coaching, mentoring and developing pool of Data Scientists within the organization.

Work with client-side product and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization of product roadmap.

10+ years of professional experience at banks/financial service institutions in the area of credit risk/fraud/collections and customer management.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to lead and perform data analytics.

Proven track record of driving results with strong thought leadership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
