The Head of Corporate Procurement, Sourcing and Contracting, is a key member of the Corporate Procurement leadership team. This leader is responsible to lead and support the end-to-end sourcing process across the portfolio, drive the Efficiency and Effectiveness spend optimization program for maximum value, develop continuous improvement KPI dashboard and function as GEP Practice leader for Corporate Procurement. Your Day-to-Day. Sourcing and Contracting - Improve, implement and lead sourcing management as a structured end-to-end process for: on-shore, near-shore and off-shore teams across all Corporate Procurement categories. Develop and execute competitive sourcing scheme: when to go to market, when to benchmark, when to incumbent re-negotiate and when to eliminate. Train, coach, and mentor team on best practices for source to contract and excellent stakeholder management delivery and engagement.
