The Role
RapidScale is seeking a visionary and growth-oriented Head of Consulting Services & Cloud Transformation to define, lead, and grow a strategic services business that augments and expands our existing Hybrid Managed Cloud Services offering. This is a pivotal leadership role accountable for designing the business plan, implementing the operating model, and delivering a full-scope professional services organization aligned to high-growth domains including AI, Cybersecurity, FinOps, Application Modernization, and IT Assessments. This leader will be accountable for growing the business from $20M to $100M+, increasing professional services contribution from 10% to 30% of overall revenue, while establishing global delivery excellence, scaling capabilities, and delivering meaningful outcomes for enterprise clients worldwide.
