Head of Commercial and Corporate Compliance - TD Bank : Job Details

The Head of Commercial and Corporate Compliance leads a large, diverse and talented team of compliance professionals providing independent compliance risk oversight and in partnership with colleagues leading key enterprise-wide compliance functions and is responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of a Compliance program designed to achieve effective management and oversight of regulatory compliance activities of the assigned lines of business for the Company and its applicable subsidiaries. Depth & Scope:Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required.
