Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Full-Time | Leadership Role

A rapidly growing organization in the customer experience and professional services industry is seeking a strategic, people-first Head of Client Success to lead its North American client success efforts. This is a confidential executive opportunity reporting directly to the CEO, with high visibility and direct impact on client retention, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

About the Role

As the Head of Client Success, you'll architect and drive a world-class client experience strategy. You'll lead a high-performing team across onboarding, engagement, and key account management, while collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen client retention, drive upsell opportunities, and scale client loyalty programs.

This is a high-impact position for a visionary leader with proven success in subscription or service-based businesses. You'll join a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong values and a commitment to innovation and doing what's right.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the overall Client Success strategy, aligned with company goals
  • Lead and restructure a growing CS team, including Key Account Managers and Onboarding Specialists
  • Improve the post-sale journey and ensure measurable client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Marketing on revenue-generating strategies
  • Champion client insights and communicate regularly with senior leadership
  • Drive revenue via upsell/cross-sell programs and client expansion initiatives
  • Optimize onboarding, lifecycle management, and engagement processes
  • Analyze churn, CLTV, and client health to reduce risk and identify opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience leadership
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and interfacing with C-suite clients
  • Proven ability to drive growth through client advocacy and relationship building
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
  • Background in subscription-based, service-oriented businesses is strongly preferred
