Position Overview

The Head of Card Products and Go-to-Market Strategy is a critical senior leadership role within the Treasury Solutions & Payments team. This role will oversee the full suite of card products, including Corporate Cards, Purchasing Cards, Virtual Cards, Central Travel Accounts, and Middle Market Cards, as well as associated digital experiences, such as card management platforms (web and app) and travel and expense solutions. This leader will drive the centralization of product management functions, bringing a unified vision to the strategy and execution of card products. With a focus on innovation, digital transformation, and client-centricity, the successful candidate will ensure that Citizens Bank continues to provide competitive and seamless end-to-end solutions for our clients.

Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $190,000 to $225,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factorsincluding but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
