Edenthorpe Search are conducting a confidential search for the capital markets architect of a new, institution-backed US venture in digital assets — a business poised to execute a bold treasury and growth strategy inspired by the likes of MicroStrategy. The Head of Capital Markets will be the strategic mind behind the company's market operations, structuring, and execution — a CIO in all but title. You will have end-to-end responsibility for liquidity management, investor engagement, and the design and delivery of sophisticated financing structures.

• Structure, negotiate, and execute capital market transactions from inception to settlement.
• Shape secondary market strategy to optimize valuation and liquidity.
• Serve as a key point of contact for the investment banking community and institutional investors.

• Deep command of US financing instruments: PIPE, ATM, S-3/F-3, convertible bonds.
• Proven success executing market-making strategies, managing liquidity, and driving secondary market performance.
• Strong direct relationships with EF Hutton, Cantor Fitzgerald, Alliance Global Partners, Cohen, and similar institutions.
