  • Microbiota to educate the general public and healthcare professionals on the growing importance of microbiota, advance scientific breakthroughs in microbiota by funding academic research, provide solutions for preserving microbiota health with its unique probiotic drug Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745, innovate with its Symbiosys range and make early-stage investments in start-up companies.
  • Orphan diseases for patients with severe orphan pathologies around the world, such as DIACOMIT, which is indicated for the treatment of Dravet syndrome, a rare and very severe form of epilepsy in children.
  • Women's health with the Saforelle brand for women of all ages.
  • With more than 1,600 employees, Biocodex generated net revenues of above €500 million in 2022, including 42% in France and 58% internationally. The group is present in 115 countries through wholly owned subsidiaries in 16 countries and a network of distributors worldwide.

    In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, Inc., we are looking for: Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics, North America

    This position will be located in our Bedminster, NJ office (Hybrid 2 days/week on-site). Travel requirement is approximately 10%.

    JOB SUMMARY

    In today's data-driven environment, Business Intelligence (BI) is not just a support function, it is a strategic asset that fuels decision-making, efficiency, and innovation. As the Head of BI & Analytics, and as a member of the North America Leadership Team, you will lead our evolution towards a more structured, scalable, and innovative BI strategy. Leveraging data to drive business growth, transforming data into actionable insights, and optimizing strategies across multiple departments. This role requires a hands-on and forward-thinking leader who can seamlessly switch between high-level thinking and day-to-day execution, we need someone in it all the way.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive a Cohesive BI Vision & Strategy – Establish a unified framework for BI across departments, ensuring consistency, reliability, and strategic alignment.

    • Accelerate Data-Driven Decision-Making – Implement faster, automated reporting processes to empower leadership with interactive dashboards and real-time insights.

    • Enable Self-Service & Democratization of BI – Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards that allow Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to independently access and act on data. Provide training and guidance to help teams leverage BI tools effectively, increasing adoption and engagement.

    • Ensure Data Quality & Governance – Implement best practices for data integrity, standardization, and security.

    • Introduce AI-Powered Analytics & Forecasting – Leverage AI to move from descriptive to predictive analytics, driving smarter business decisions.

    • Act as a Business Partner & Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration – Bridge the gap between operational teams, ensuring that data is actionable and impactful.

    • Lead Monthly Performance Reporting – Present critical insights to the Leadership Team and HQ to guide strategic decision-making.

    • Monitor Macro-Environment & Industry Trends – Analyze category, industry, and competitive insights to translate them into concrete business actions.

    • Collaborate with Global BI Teams – Work closely with the BI teams in Canada, France HQ and other subsidiaries to align strategies and share best practices.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 10+ years of experience leading BI projects and deploying enterprise-wide analytics solutions.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau and Power BI (SQL & Python are a plus) with expertise in Data Management & Visualization.
    • Proven leader with experience engaging executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional team alignment.
    • Strong high-impact communication skills to influence decisions and drive organizational change.
    • Expertise in retail data, e-commerce analytics, and reporting insights.
    • Curiosity & problem-solving mindset, with experience leveraging AI-powered analytics for business growth and efficiency.
