Job Title: Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics

The Global Business Intelligence and Analytics team has grown significantly over the past 10 years, evolving from data-guided to data-driven. Our team plays a critical role in analysis, enablement, and execution of strategic objectives, covering sales/marketing enablement applications, data modeling, strategy, and predictive analytics. This position requires technical proficiency, strategic thinking, curiosity, outcome orientation, and excellent storytelling skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to enhance distribution through client analytics.
  • Deliver analytical insights to enable sales processes.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement tools with key recommendations.
  • Guide senior stakeholders on data initiatives.
  • Drive AI enablement insights, capabilities, and processes.
  • Conduct data analyses and prototype basic statistical or machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with technology teams on data strategy, models, lineage, and governance.

    • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • 10+ years of experience in coding (Python, Pyspark, SQL).
    • BA/BS degree in business, analytics, data science, AI, or related fields.
    • Familiarity with Asset Management or distribution organizations.
    • Experience working in agile teams.
    • Proven ability to develop KPIs.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Comfort working with large datasets iteratively.
    • Strong analytical skills and AI literacy.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • Over 10 years in data analytics/strategy roles, preferably in asset management.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities with problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, or similar software.
