Head of Business Development & Partnerships

As we expand into the U.S. market, we're building a dynamic team to connect with new audiences through strategic partnerships, creative campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Role Overview

We're seeking a results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to lead our go-to-market partnership strategy. This role combines relationship building, creative deal-making, and influencer/community engagement to drive Longbridge's brand awareness and accelerate user acquisition in the U.S. You'll identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with brands, creators, and communities that align with our mission and appeal to retail investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a partnerships strategy to grow brand visibility and user base.
  • Identify and negotiate with strategic partners including fintech companies, lifestyle brands, and relevant media platforms.
  • Manage influencer and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) programs across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Oversee community-building initiatives and events to deepen engagement with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to design joint campaigns that convert awareness into active users.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, optimizing for reach, engagement, and acquisition ROI.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, influencers, and community leaders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in retail investing, fintech, and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of building and executing partnership deals that deliver measurable results.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns, KOL relationships, and online communities.
  • Strong network in the creator economy and/or financial content space is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with shifting priorities.

Nice-to-Have

  • Understanding of retail investing audiences and content trends.
  • Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms or referral programs.
  • Event planning or experiential marketing experience.
