We are actively seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development to drive our strategic vision and growth objectives. You will maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends while nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead a dedicated business development team, providing insightful direction and support.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in business development with a focus on the Small Business Administration.
• A proven track record of success in the business development arena.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• The ability to make data-driven decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required, while an MBA is a plus. Furthermore, candidates should have at least 10 years of experience working with or for the Federal government.
