Business Architecture Leadership. Establish and scale a business architecture function that supports enterprise-wide transformation, aligning business strategy, operating models, and technology investments. Design and maintain business capability models, value streams, and operating models that reflect strategic priorities and regulatory requirements. Provide architectural oversight and thought leadership for major transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the PPS (Product, Platform, and Service) operating model. PPS Operating Model Implementation. Lead the end-to-end transformation toward a PPS operating model, aligning with firmwide strategic objectives and embedding business architecture principles and frameworks across the COO organization.
