PositionThe Head of Bill Concierge at Rockefeller Global Family Office will lead, manage, and oversee the comprehensive bill pay and remittance services for ultra high net worth clients. This critical role ensures that our clients' financial transactions are handled with the utmost precision, efficiency, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management, family office operations, bill pay services, and business process re-engineering.
This position requires someone who thrives in providing the highest quality, white glove customer service, ensuring that every client interaction is met with exceptional professionalism and care.
ResponsibilitiesThe anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $160,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
