We are seeking a visionary and hands-on leader to drive AI innovation and elevate our enterprise-wide Business Intelligence capabilities. In this role, you will shape strategy, execution, and delivery across AI, BI, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams—ensuring scalable intelligence solutions, impactful data insights, and alignment between technology and business goals.

As the Head of the Technical Department, you will oversee people leadership, delivery outcomes, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where agility, innovation, and cross-team coordination are essential.

Qualifications include:

• Proven expertise in problem solving and technical innovation.
• Experience with distributed systems, databases, caching, microservices, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication, project, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and API development.
• Track record in designing high-performance, scalable systems.
• Research or industry experience in AI, ML models, OCR, chatbots, NLP, deep learning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results while investing in long-term solutions.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, with hands-on experience in data warehousing, ETL tools, visualization platforms, and deploying ML models at scale.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of technical leadership and people management experience.
• At least 5 years of programming experience in Python, Rust, Golang, Java, C++, or Kotlin.
• Experience managing teams of 15+ engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
• Excellent command of English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years industry experience, with 5+ years in leadership managing 21+ developers.
• Experience designing large-scale AI/BI platforms and integrating AI into customer-facing applications.
• Familiarity with AIOps, real-time analytics, and observability tools.
