Head Of BestX North America Managing Director

As the Head of BestX North America, the Managing Director will lead regional strategy, drive commercial growth, and spearhead product innovation across asset classes. This role demands a visionary leader with deep expertise in FX and Fixed Income, capable of shaping the future of trade technology and analytics while fostering strong client relationships and internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead BestX sales and client coverage across FX, Fixed Income, Equities, and Crypto.
  • Serve as the regional FX product specialist, driving innovation and development in trade technology and analytics.
  • Cultivate new business relationships across asset classes, expanding market reach and client base.
  • Maintain and deepen trust with existing clients, ensuring accountability and long-term engagement.
  • Own revenue growth targets and manage the sales pipeline with precision and urgency.
  • Translate client and prospect needs into actionable insights for the product team, ensuring coherent and strategic escalation.
  • Proactively engage with clients and internal teams to resolve complex challenges and deliver value.
Leadership & Governance
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across local and global teams.
  • Champion a culture of Risk Excellence, promoting transparency, challenge, and open dialogue.
