Head of Apartment Building Project ManagementDescription of Work
- Take care of the available customers of the Company.
- Search and develop new customers through advertising, media, relationships, etc.
- Sell available Real Estate, earning high commission for the Company.
- Participate in courses to improve skills held regularly.
- Connect and implement Real Estate transactions.
- Set your own goals and establish business plans for individuals by week, month, and quarter.
- Take full responsibility for the technical systems and activities in the building, including fire protection, ensuring the entire technical system is always in good condition.
- Plan periodic inspections of the Fire Protection System (FPF) by week, month, quarter, and year.
- Responsible for drafting, adjusting management, control, operation, and maintenance processes for the entire technical system of the building.
- Consult on construction plans for contractors in the building to ensure engineering standards are met.
- Train operational skills and maintain systems for all technical personnel.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from a specialized college in electrical engineering, industrial electricity, or equivalent.
- Ability to handle technical situations in the building.
- 2 or more years of experience in an economic/managerial position, with preference given to candidates with experience in buildings, apartments, or offices.
- In-depth knowledge of technical operation, maintenance, and machinery systems in apartment buildings or offices.
- Understanding of the electrical system, maintenance work, and preventing system failures.
- Skilled in effectively solving technical problems.
- Proficient in using management software.
- Able to work independently and in a team, with a long-term commitment to the company.
- Good communication skills, agile behavior, strong discipline, and a professional working style.
- Preference for candidates with experience in large buildings.
