An innovative organization is looking for a Head of Enterprise Data and Analytics to lead their growing Data and Technology team. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to influence strategy and drive data-driven decisions across the business.

Role Overview:

• Partner with senior stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and set the vision for data and analytics initiatives.
• Oversee the performance of the data and analytics team, ensuring the highest standards of delivery, accuracy, and speed.
• Drive the evolution of data infrastructure and analytics tools, leveraging AI and automation to create efficiencies and deliver value.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies and communicate findings to senior leadership to inform high-impact decisions.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging data science trends and technologies, ensuring the team is equipped to leverage the latest advancements in analytics and machine learning.
• Work closely with other technical teams to streamline data entry, flow, and quality across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and integrity in data reporting.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of data science techniques (e.g., probability, time-series analysis, predictive modeling) and hands-on experience implementing machine learning solutions (Java, Python, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Looker, or similar.
• Must have you worked across multiple industries.
