• Demonstrated success with 5+ years managing comprehensive admissions/enrollment processes in competitive academic settings
• Superior communication abilities across all channels
• Commanding presence and professional demeanor that inspires trust

• Technical proficiency with CRM/SIS platforms and data management
• Proven excellence in high-end customer service delivery
• Austin, TX-based position with up to 20% domestic travel required
