About the Role:

The Director, Marketing will lead HCP marketing strategies supporting Neurocrine's growth in CAH, including disease education, promotional materials, and cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities involve collaboration with sales, medical, legal, regulatory, and agency partners, along with project management and team leadership. The role requires expertise in rare diseases, digital marketing, omnichannel campaigns, and leadership in scientific engagement. The individual will manage a marketing team and contribute to launching innovative therapies.

Your Contributions:
  • Develop annual brand plans and HCP engagement strategies, aligning with patient marketing and budgets.
  • Collaborate with various teams to segment customers and tailor marketing messages and tactics.
  • Expand omni-channel HCP engagement tactics, monitor performance, and optimize strategies.
  • Lead scientific leader engagement strategies, including speaker bureaus and peer programs.
  • Represent the brand at society and congress meetings, supporting educational events.
  • Manage external agencies and ensure project and budget adherence.
  • Oversee development of scientific and marketing content, ensuring clarity and scientific accuracy.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and support internal and external meetings.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, demonstrating strategic insight and agility.
  • Lead the development of innovative HCP and patient programs, leveraging market insights.
  • Participate in strategic planning, forecasting, and other brand activities.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in scientific or business field, 12+ years relevant experience, including 7+ years in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
  • Master's/MBA or PhD with corresponding experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge in rare diseases, scientific engagement, digital marketing, and strategic planning.
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
