Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000

Position Overview

The Client Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding and configuration of iSolved solutions for new clients. This role ensures a superior implementation experience. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, hands-on experience with iSolved or similar HCM platforms, and is confident working with large data sets, system configuration, and cross-functional teams within a timeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage multiple client implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met. Act as the client liaison while collaborating closely with the Implementation Team Lead.
  • Client Onboarding: Conduct in-depth discovery and analysis sessions with clients to ensure accurate, efficient, and strategic configuration of HCM systems.
  • System Configuration: Accountable for complete client setup within iSolved, including all HCM components - HR, payroll, benefits & time & labor management. Serve as a subject matter expert, applying advanced knowledge to design & implement complex setups tailored to client needs. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all configured modules.
  • Data Imports: Perform and validate data imports including employee records, tax & payroll history, benefit plans, and time-off accruals.
  • Training & Support: Deliver client training and go-live support. Provide system education in a clear, user-friendly format to ensure client confidence post-launch.
  • Issue Resolution: Leverage a strong understanding of HCM components-including HR, payroll, benefits, time & labor management and compliance-and how they interact to identify issues and troubleshoot effectively within the platform. Escalate complex problems to internal teams as needed.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in project trackers, document milestones, and consistently monitor processes for opportunities to improve.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance implementation workflows and overall satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in project management, HCM client implementation, or payroll onboarding, preferably with iSolved or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and data imports. Deep understanding of HR, payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and hold accountable to multiple deadlines.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Able to translate technical features into client-ready language.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to client challenges.
  • Certifications: CPP payroll certification is preferred. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Additional Details

  • Must have U.S. work authorization and reliable transportation for periodic regional day travel to client sites or Simco offices
  • This is a full-time, hybrid, exempt salary position with standard work hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring adequate coverage to meet client service needs
