Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead - Casting plays a pivotal role in overseeing multiple design teams, establishing organizational design standards, and driving innovation in the design process. This role is essential in ensuring that design efforts significantly impact the achievement of business objectives, facilitating the development of user-centric products that are both functional and innovative. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Leverage Casting Expertise To Develop And Optimize Design Solutions Using Cad Software, Ensuring That Products Exhibit User-Friendliness And Align With User Expectations, Thereby Creating Seamless User Experiences.

2. Lead A Team Of Designers In Casting And Product Design, Providing Mentorship And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Align With Overall Business Goals.

3. Present Design Concepts Utilizing Advanced Casting Techniques And Materials, Playing A Crucial Role In Shaping The Overall Design Vision And Strategy.
