HCBS Supervisor - First Resources Corp.

📍 Location: Oskaloosa, IA 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time 📅 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with *on-call expectation and fill-in as needed.

First Resources Corp. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HCBS Supervisor in Oskaloosa to support and coordinate services within our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

We provide a wide range of home- and community-based services, including behavioral health, substance use treatment, case management, and residential and hourly support. What You'll Do

• Coordinate and implement HCBS services at assigned sites
• Supervise and support direct care staff, including training and performance management
• Implement and monitor Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
• Document program outcomes and communicate individual progress and concerns
• Ensure compliance with HCBS standards, DIA regulations, and agency policies
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality and safety
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as needed

What You'll Need

• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Basic knowledge of HCBS programs and DIA requirements
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
