HB McClure Company is one of Central Pennsylvania's largest and most respected mechanical subcontractors, specializing in design/build services for commercial and industrial HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems. • English language proficiency
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems in commercial or industrial settings
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with trade-related tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Comfort using technology, including tablets and smartphones, for communication and documentation
• Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework with a trade school or applicable previous experience is preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
