Environmental Project Manager - Remediation & Hazardous Materials Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or hazardous materials management
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related discipline
• OSHA HAZWOPER (40-hour), 30-hour, or 10-hour certifications required
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of field operations, environmental site assessments, and remediation practices

Environmental Project Manager - Remediation & Hazardous Materials Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee hazardous materials and environmental remediation projects from initiation through completion
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and deliverables in compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and relationship management
• Lead field teams and delegate responsibilities to junior staff; perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews of deliverables
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and programs
• Prepare, review, and finalize technical reports, proposals, and documentation
• Maintain project profitability through effective planning and resource allocation
