Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park is now hiring energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Associates to help create an unforgettable experience for guests at our legendary Haunted Fort event! Work Environment: •Enjoy flexible, seasonal hours, but expect to be on site a few shifts in September, most Friday and Saturday evenings, occasionally Sundays, beginning October 1 - Nov 14, 2025. •Part Time: 16-24 hours/weekly. Summary of Work •You'll get to be the friendly face that welcomes guests to one of North Dakota's most exciting fall events, making every visitor feel part of the Haunted Fort experience. •Share your enthusiasm and knowledge by providing helpful info about the Haunted Fort, event schedules, ticketing, and park amenities. •Gain hands-on experience in retail and customer service by supporting park store operations, helping with sales, restocking merchandise, and creating a great shopping experience. •Be an ambassador for fun! You'll promote other park events and activities, helping guests discover even more reasons to love Fort Abraham Lincoln. •Work in a beautiful outdoor setting and in the entrance booth, surrounded by the crisp autumn air and the exciting buzz of the Haunted Fort attraction. •Join a welcoming, supportive team that shares your love of the outdoors, events, and creating unforgettable moments for guests. Minimum Qualifications •Have a genuine passion for the outdoors and love sharing that enthusiasm with others. •Brings customer service experience, whether from retail, hospitality, or simply being great with people. •Comfortable handling cash and using a point-of-sale (POS) system. •Maintains a friendly, positive attitude and is eager to learn new skills. •Is at least 16 years old.
