HATCHERY EMBREX PRODUCTION HOURLY - JBS USA Holdings : Job Details

Is expected to partake in the hatchery quality control program, animal welfare, biosecurity and safety programs.-Be able to comply with the companys low transfer crack assessment expectations.- Be able to ensure that the correct eggs are being pulled and placed into the correct hatchers.-The ability to work in an environment of 100 degrees for long periods of time and withstand unpleasant smells.-The ability to lift or push or push pull 50 lbs. or more repeatedly. Ability for continuous standing, walking and frequent lifting, turning, twisting, bending, squatting, pushing, grasping, kneeling, reach forward, pulling stretching.-Will be responsible for set up and cleanup of the process, halls, and setters.-Is expected to stay until all duties of the hatchery team are complete to verify quality.-Be trained and able to fill in for any team member absenteeism.-Responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient and economical operation by explaining and guiding team members in their duties.
