Hardware Test Engineer – Mixed-Signal Validation - BrickRed Systems : Job Details

We are seeking a Hardware Test Engineer with extensive experience in mixed-signal validation and hands-on lab work to support the development of next-generation silicon hardware for cloud technologies.

The role involves testing and characterizing integrated circuits that combine digital and analog functions, utilizing Python scripting, lab instruments, and ensuring final silicon quality.

Experience Required: 10+ Years

• Develop and execute electrical validation of mixed-signal integrated circuits
• Perform hardware setup with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other lab tools
• Write and maintain Python, TCL, and PDL scripts for automated testing
• Conduct detailed data collection, characterization, and report generation
• Debug interfaces like JTAG and collaborate with design teams to resolve issues
• Analyze test results to verify design specifications and identify performance gaps

• 5+ years of Python scripting experience in hardware validation
• 5+ years of hands-on lab experience with electrical measurement equipment
• Strong understanding of analog circuits and power delivery systems
• Familiarity with TCL/PDL scripting and tools like Visual Studio (a plus)
• Proven troubleshooting skills for digital interfaces such as JTAG
