Hardware Systems Engineer - KBR : Job Details

Perform technical engineering and problem solving with a focus on ground support equipment performance of hardware within a radar, command and control, power generation and support equipment. Perform analysis applying appropriate scientific and engineering processes and modeling techniques to the life cycle development of ground support hardwareSupport planning and execution of system performance analysis, independent performance assessments, post-test analysis and simulation in support of Verification and Validation activities. Maintain and improve large scale simulations to support multiple missions and integrate existing models from mission partners into simulations. Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support during execution of analysis for Hardware In-the Loop (HWIL), Digital Modeling and Simulation (M&S), and analysis tasks. Required Qualifications: Certified Engineering Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace engineering. Experience working in DoD engineering roles.
